Branch Vice President | Broker | GRI
Coldwell Banker Realty – South Windsor, Connecticut
With nearly 30 years in real estate, I’ve experienced this business from every angle — agent, brokerage owner, top producer, and executive leader. I’ve personally closed more than 700 properties, averaging 25 transactions annually during my sales career.
Today, I lead one of the highest-performing Coldwell Banker Realty offices in the United States.
When I was recruited to manage the South Windsor office in 2009, we had 33 agents and approximately 280 closed transactions annually.
Today, our office supports 100+ Realtors and consistently closes over 1,200 transactions per year — ranking among the top-performing offices in Connecticut and nationally.
• #1 in Listings Sold (Units)
• #2 in Total Units Closed (“Dreams Fulfilled”)
• #8 in Total Sales Volume
Our office has ranked #1 locally in units, sales volume, and average sales price across East Windsor, Ellington, Manchester, South Windsor, Tolland, Vernon, and Tolland County since 2011.
• Presidents Council Honoree (Top 100 Managers Nationwide) – 11 Times
• Premier Office Award Winner – 11 Times
• International Presidents Elite Office Award (Top 5%) – 5 Consecutive Years (2020–2025)
• International Presidents Circle Office Award (Top 15%) – 2017–2019
These honors reflect the production, professionalism, and culture our agents deliver every day.
Whether you are:
• Buying or selling a home
• Investing in real estate
• Exploring a career as a Realtor
My focus remains the same: provide clarity, strategy, accountability, and results.
I believe in building businesses the right way — through mentorship, production standards, strong culture, and an unwavering commitment to clients and agents alike.
Before stepping fully into brokerage leadership, I proudly served the public through:
Rocky Hill Town Council
• Elected 2003, 2005, 2007
• Chair – Government Operations Committee
• Chair – Public Safety Committee
• Chair – Silas Deane Revitalization Committee
In 2015, I was appointed to the Town Charter Revision Committee. Our work was approved by referendum vote.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Community Service Officer with the Glastonbury Police Department.
Born and raised in West Hartford (Elmwood), I later raised my three children — Jenna, Kyle, and Carly — in Rocky Hill.
Today, I reside in Glastonbury with my wife, Pam.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me skiing, cycling, boating, supporting charitable causes, and occasionally singing (with mixed reviews).
