My Background: With nearly 30 years in real estate, I’ve seen it all—and I’m not slowing down! I began as a Connecticut licensed salesperson and eventually owned and operated a small real estate company with over 12 agents. I’ve sold over 700 properties, averaging 25 sales per year.

Coldwell Banker Journey: In 2009, I was recruited from my small brokerage to manage the South Windsor office for Coldwell Banker Realty. Back then, we had 33 Realtors and successfully closed 280+ real estate transactions. Fast forward to 2023, and our Realtor roster has grown to over 100, with more than 1,200 successful transactions annually!

Awards and Achievements: During my 15 years with Coldwell Banker Realty, I’ve received several prestigious awards:

• Presidents Council Award (Top 100 Managers in the USA): 11 times
• Premier Office Award (Average Agent Production of 20 Units and $90,000 GCI): 10 times
• International Presidents Elite Office Award (1,000+ properties sold per year – top 5%): 2020 - 2023
• International Presidents Circle Office Award (700+ properties sold per year – top 15%): 2017 - 2019

Local Impact: Our office consistently ranks #1 in Units, Sales Volume, and Average Sales Price among 25 competing offices in our local market area since 2011. Our market includes East Windsor, Ellington, Manchester, South Windsor, Tolland, Vernon, and Tolland County.

Beyond Real Estate: A Closer Look

Before my real estate journey, I had the honor of serving on the Rocky Hill Town Council. Here’s a glimpse of my civic involvement:

• Rocky Hill Town Council:
  • Elected in 2003, 2005, and 2007
  • Served as Chair of: Government Operations Sub-Committee, Public Safety Sub-Committee and Silas Deane Revitalization Committee
  • In 2015, I was invited back to serve on the Town Charter Revision Committee. Our collaborative work was put to a vote and approved by the townspeople via referendum.
• Glastonbury Police Department, Community Service Officer 1995-2002

Personal Background:

• I grew up in West Hartford (Elmwood) and attended the West Hartford school system.
• Later, I moved to Rocky Hill, where I raised my family (three grown and beautiful children: Jenna, Kyle, and Carly).
• Currently, I reside in Glastonbury with my wonderful wife, Pam!

Beyond work, I’m an avid skier, cyclist, boater, and fledgling singer 😉
